In order to bring you a freshly roasted flavor and aroma, we roast your coffee in the Nicaraguan roasting plant immediately after you place the order. We do our best to suit your shipping demands and that is why we use the most prestigious and reliable carrier service in the world, UPS. 

Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box and you must enter a complete street address.

How long will your order be on transit?

We guarantee you that your coffee will be at your door within 10 days. If otherwise, we assure you that we will reimburse your money by crediting your account.

Our coffee gets to the U.S. one day after it is picked by UPS. Then, the package remains in custom offices for two or three days more. You should be able to track your order on our site and UPS website after three days the product leaves our Roasting Plant with a tracking number that we will send through email immediately after you purchase. We will also keep you informed about your order transit through our Customer Service Representatives.

If you order any other item such as a t-shirt or handcraft along with a 400 gr coffee bag, you pay the shipping rate for the coffee plus $ 1.00 per item you order.

In case, you buy any item without coffee, you will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 plus $ 1.00 per pound of the item's weight.

For a total amount of $120 or more you will receive FREE SHIPPING.

Gifts:

If your order is composed of souvenirs, craft, sweets or nuts, you need to be aware that we will do our best for you to get the order on time. However, the arrival can be delayed for custom issues that are beyond our reach.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
 

 

A Nica's Gourmet Coffee aims that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For your comfort, most items can be returned for exchange or refund in accordance with our policies. These policies are however subject to change without further notice:

  • Most of durable goods may be returned, in original condition, within 30 days of date of purchase for exchange or refund (see refund policy below). To return items purchased at our website, please contact our Customer Service Department (305-517-5304/ customerservice@nicasgift.com) to receive a return authorization number and instructions for completing the return. Items purchased at our website require a return authorization number.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated with a returned item unless the item is defective. All items which qualify for exchange may be exchanged only for an item having a price not greater than the original purchase price (less promotions and discounts).
  • All our products may be exchanged, as long as they keep their original condition, without any use and with or without receipt. These items may qualify for refund only if returned with the original receipt and in their original, brand new condition.
 
 
REFUNDS
 

Refunds for products will be held in the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited by the amount of the item returned solely. Please, remember that original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
