    During all his life, he has been involved in coffee growing, processing, merchandizing and financing. This vast experience has turned him into a leader that directs people towards building long term customers' relationships through high quality products, premium services, and truthful and warm communication, which are the key elements to gain customers' trust and loyalty.

    John's management concept involves delegation, high employee retention, and a management by objectives system in order to achieve our goals, and be the first movers in the market.

     
     

    Giovanna Salgado

    Giovanna joined our community as a Certified Accountant and Financial Analyst. In this role, Giovanna's cost management, forecasts, and projections analysis lead to an efficient Company Control Plan.

    Prior to Cafetalera Castellon, Giovanna built a strong career in the coffee industry as Assistant Accountant in BENCAFE, one of the most important coffee exporters in Nicaragua .

    One of our youngest discoveries, Amara joined us as an intern and now she has gained a management position as Production Manager and Quality Control Manager.     Our inventory policies are based on a just-in-time inventory in order to avoid overstock. Ileana is a specialist in such matters, a statistics expert that operates our system to forecast accurate data in order to avoid any inventory stock-out that may cause unfulfilled orders or excess inventory that increase our costs.

    Ever Rizo:

    Master Roaster

    Our master roaster and another young talent that is highly involved in the quality of our final product. His energy, plentiful knowledge about coffee properties and varieties, and roasting touch enhance the natural properties of our coffee beans and grounds. Ever is also in charge of setting and controlling roasting standards, which are necessary to create most precise level of roasting our customers demand.

     
     

    Fernando Gonzalez:

    Master Cupper

    Our Master Cupper is an analyst and quality supervisor that controls any raw material coming from our plantations before roasting, and after it gets roasted and packed. Fernando guarantees that each production batch is tested in order to foresee our customers' satisfaction. In addition, he is also in charge of shaping our quality standards that our raw materials and final product must meet before being launched to the market.

    Fernando is very acknowledged for his expertise in coffee varieties growing, roasting and brewing to create a superior final product.
