How to brew Nica's Gourmet Coffee

Guidelines on How to Brew Nica's Gourmet Coffee

•  Use 100 % Nica's Gourmet Coffee, Grounded or Whole Bean

•  Choose your desired roast level: light, medium, dark and espresso

•  Use pure water, free of heavy substances.

•  Check the operation conditions of the machine and sanitization to avoid a coffee pollution with another strange substance.

•  Do not use soap or detergent to wash the filter. Clean the filter with hot water or white vinegar in order to avoid any smell inside the equipment.

•  Spread all Nica's Gourmet Coffee over the filter to obtain a perfect extraction of all coffee components, and make a complete infusion. This applies to any percolator.

•  You should use a French press with a stainless steel filter. This filter avoids the loss of coffee's essential oils, which give color and body. The paper filters retain this essential oils and the final product is a flavorless cup of coffee.

•  We recommend 1 tablespoon of Nica's Gourmet Coffee per cup of water to obtain a superb cup of coffee.

•  Once coffee is prepared, leave it for 10 minutes. This time is necessary to obtain a perfect mix with the essential oils, gases, and aroma from the infusion. In order to preserve a stronger flavor, heat up the cup prior to serve the coffee. This technique will preserve the aroma.

•  Do not reheat coffee. A fresh coffee has more consistency. When coffee is reheated, the aftertaste is weaker than a just-prepared cup..
